Workflow Stages Window
| ▪ | The Workflow Stages window represents the Process Map, outlining all the different tasks and the workflow sections they are grouped by |
| ▪ | In the end User environment, the Workflow Stages window also notes the end User that completed the task and at what date and time it was completed |
Current Location
| ▪ | The Current Location window shows the permissions associated with the task the end User or Designer is mousing over |
Selected Object
| ▪ | The Selected Object window shows is only available in the Design studio |
| ▪ | This shows Designers which Gate or Wire is currently selected and can be placed into the workflow |
How to minimise, maximise and move
| ▪ | Each of these windows can be minimised by clicking on the X in the top right corner of the window or maximised by clicking on the square in the top right corner of the window |
| ▪ | To move the windows, move your mouse over name of the window |
| ▪ | Click once and hold down your left mouse button |
| ▪ | Drag the window to the new location
