Definition of User Type Name
| ▪ | The User Type Name is the name that is referenced internally by Kontinuum |

Definition of Display Name
| ▪ | This holds the Display Name of the User Type |
| ▪ | I.e. The User Type name might be ‘Finance' and the Display Name could be Finance Department |

Definition of Description
| ▪ | This area can hold a detailed description of the User Type |
| ▪ | I.e. Information about the User Types roles and responsibilities within the organisation |
| ▪ | This is not a required field when creating a User Type |
Definition of Workflow Designer
| ▪ | Selecting the Workflow Designer check box adds the Workflow menu item to the Admin menu |
| ▪ | This menu item will be available to all users belonging to this User Type |
| ▪ | Selecting this option gives Users the ability to build and administer Workflow’s in the Design studio |
Definition of User Management
| ▪ | Selecting the User Management check box adds the Users menu item to the Admin menu |

| ▪ | Selecting this option gives Users the ability to monitor and action their tasks for each individual workflow |
| ▪ | Selecting this option also gives Users access to a Calendar where they can view their outstanding tasks and due dates |
