| ▪ | Open your local Kontinuum website |
| ▪ | Login with Username and Password given to you by your Kontinuum Administrator |
| ▪ | Select Admin → Forms from the top menu bar |
| ▪ | If you are creating a Subform under a generic Form, expand the Forms folder by clicking the + icon |
| ▪ | Click once on or create the Folder you wish to create the new Form under |
| ▪ | If you are creating a Subform specific to a workflow, expand the Workflows folder by clicking the + icon |
| o | Also note that you will need to select Admin à Workflow from the menu so the Workflows will appear in the tree |
| ▪ | Expand the Workflow you wish to create the new Form under |
| ▪ | Expand the workflow Forms folder by clicking the + icon |
| ▪ | Click once on workflow Forms |
| ▪ | Click on the Form to add the Subform under |
| ▪ | From the pop up menu click on Add Subform |
| ▪ | Fill in the details for the Subform as described in Subform Properties |
| ▪ | Click the Submit button to save the Subform |
| ▪ | The tree will now refresh with the new Subform added
