Kontinuum data capture forms are the foundation of any workflow
To create Forms a User must be belong to a User Type that has Form Designer permissions
Forms can be used in two ways:
1.To collect information from users participating in a workflow
2.As a parameter Form to perform queries on existing data within a Form of within a Report
Forms can be created in 2 areas:
1.Under the Forms folder (User Type must have Forms Designer permissions)
2.Under the workflow Forms folder under each individual workflow
Creating Forms under the Forms folder allows Designers to build a library of forms that can be used in any workflow
Creating Forms under each individual workflow allows Designers to work in one area and keep all their forms for the particular workflow in one place
