Definition of Form Display Name
| ▪ | The Form Display Name will be seen by the User as a heading to the Form |
| ▪ | Each Form must have a Display Name, however it can contain a single space if the Designer doesn't want it to appear |
Definition of Form Database Name
| ▪ | The Form Database Name is the name used to create the Kontinuum database structure |
| ▪ | Each Form must have a Form Database Name |
| ▪ | This name is never shown to the End User |
| ▪ | This Name cannot contain spaces |
Definition of Description
| ▪ | The Description allows Designers to give a more detailed overview of the data the Form is collecting |
| ▪ | The Description is an optional field when creating a new Form |
Definition of Form Needs Approval
| ▪ | Selecting the Needs Approval check box means the Form must go through an approval process before it can progress to the next stage in the workflow |
| ▪ | The Approval User needs to be specified when adding the Form to the workflow |
| ▪ | The Form Needs Approval check box is optional |
Definition of Allow Post It Notes
| ▪ | If this option is selected, when the form is displayed there will be an Add Post It Notes button |
| ▪ | When the End User clicks on this in the web form it allows them to create a comment and then attach it to the form |
| ▪ | When the next user views the form they are able to see the comment, who made it and when |
| ▪ | Multiple Post Its can be attached to a form |
| ▪ | Post It Notes can also be deleted from a form |
Definition of Save without Submit
| ▪ | Selecting the Save without Submit check box adds a Save button to the end of the form along side the Submit button |
| ▪ | This allows End Users to save their information as they go without actually submitting the form and progressing the workflow |
Definition of Folder ID
| ▪ | This option allows designers to assign a Form to a folder that is seen under form FORMS top level folder |
Definition of Workflow
| ▪ | If the form is created under a Workflow in Schema Forms then this field will automatically populate with the Workflow name it belongs to |
| ▪ | If the form is created under Forms and isn't associated with a Workflow then this field is left blank |
| ▪ | It is not a required field |
Definition of BUTTON PIXELS FROM LEFT
| ▪ | This value represents the horizontal location where the submit button will appear on the form |
| ▪ | Requires the pixels from top value to be filled out in order for this value to have an effect |
Definition of BUTTON PIXELS FROM TOP
| ▪ | This value represents the vertical location where the submit button will appear on the form |
| ▪ | Requires the pixels from left value to be filled out in order for this value to have an effect
