Deleting an task from a Workflow

Open your local Kontinuum website
▪
Login with Username and Password given to you by your Kontinuum Administrator
▪
Select Admin
→
Workflows from the top menu bar
▪
Expand the workflows folder by clicking the + icon
▪
Navigate to the Workflow that contains the task you wish to delete
▪
Click once on the name of the Workflow
▪
Click the Design option from the pop up menu
▪
Click once on the task within the Design window to select it
▪
Click the Remove option from the pop up menu
▪
A confirmation message will appear asking whether to proceed with the deletion
▪
Clicking the OK button will remove that task from the workflow but will not delete the form
▪
The design window will refresh and the task will no longer be visible
