Adding a Form

Open your local Kontinuum website
Login with Username and Password given to you by your Kontinuum Administrator
Select Admin Forms from the top menu bar
If you are creating a generic form, expand the Forms folder by clicking the + icon
Click once on or create the Folder you wish to create the new Form under
If you are creating a form specific to a workflow, expand the Workflows folder by clicking the + icon
oAlso note that you will need to select Admin Workflow from the menu so the Workflows will appear in the tree
Expand the Workflow you wish to create the new Form under
Expand the workflow Forms folder by clicking the + icon
Click once on workflow Forms
From the pop up menu click on Add Form
Fill in the details for the Form as described in Form Properties
Click once on the Submit button to create the new Form
The tree will now refresh with the new Form added
