Setup Permissions for the task

When adding an task the Permissions tab indicates which end Users have which permissions for the specified task
These permissions are Approve, Delete, Insert, Update, View
When viewing the properties of an task click once on the Permissions Tab
Tick the appropriate boxes next to the permissions you wish to assign to  each User Type
All permissions, except for Insert come into effect once the task or web form has been completed

Approve

When the form is marked with the permission 'Approval' then end Users belonging to that User Type can approve or reject the information within a web form
If a question on the web form is rejected, it is sent back to the end User (via the Task List) that originally completed the web form
The first end User is then required to modify at least one of their responses to a question before the form is sent back to the Approval User again (via the Task List)
The web form will flag the questions that have been approved or rejected in a certain colour

Delete

When the form is marked with the permission 'Delete' then the end Users belonging to that User Type can 'rollback' the information within a web form

Insert

When the form is marked with the permission 'Insert' then the end Users belonging to that User Type can insert new information into a particular web form
Unless there is an Available rule assigned to this task, in which case the available rule takes precedence
If the task is the first in the workflow, then the name of the workflow will be displayed under the New menu in the top menu bar

Update

When the form is marked with the permission 'Update' then the end Users belonging to that User Type can update or edit information entered into a particular web form
Note:  If the workflow instance is locked this right is revoked

View

When the form is marked with the permission 'View' then the end Users belonging to that User Type can click on the particular web form and view its contents
