Approve
| ▪ | When the form is marked with the permission 'Approval' then end Users belonging to that User Type can approve or reject the information within a web form |
| ▪ | If a question on the web form is rejected, it is sent back to the end User (via the Task List) that originally completed the web form |
| ▪ | The first end User is then required to modify at least one of their responses to a question before the form is sent back to the Approval User again (via the Task List) |
| ▪ | The web form will flag the questions that have been approved or rejected in a certain colour |
Delete
| ▪ | When the form is marked with the permission 'Delete' then the end Users belonging to that User Type can 'rollback' the information within a web form |

Insert
| ▪ | When the form is marked with the permission 'Insert' then the end Users belonging to that User Type can insert new information into a particular web form |
| ▪ | Unless there is an Available rule assigned to this task, in which case the available rule takes precedence |
| ▪ | If the task is the first in the workflow, then the name of the workflow will be displayed under the New menu in the top menu bar |
Update
| ▪ | When the form is marked with the permission 'Update' then the end Users belonging to that User Type can update or edit information entered into a particular web form |
| ▪ | Note: If the workflow instance is locked this right is revoked |
View
| ▪ | When the form is marked with the permission 'View' then the end Users belonging to that User Type can click on the particular web form and view its contents
